throughout Costa Rica. See http://www.crsurf.com/links.html

Send me a note if you are interested in working on a Costa
Rican chapter of the Surfrider Foundation - Protecting the
World's Oceans, Waves, and Beaches. Next meeting in
Dominical - October 8th, 7p.m., at the panaderia!

TIDES *for Friday - add 50 min. each day after

Low Tide - .57 ft. at 7:47 AM
High Tide - 9.11 ft. at 2:04 PM

NATIONAL FORECAST

Pacific - Signs of a SW swell show up with foot overhead
surf with a 20 second period on Saturday. Then by Sunday,
the size will grow another 1-2 feet throughout the day with
the incoming tide. By Monday, it will be huge, double
overhead with an 16 second period with a background chest
to head high pulse from the south filling in any gaps.
Swell drops off by Wednesday, back to head high with bigger
sets, but a second SW pushes in Thursday with waves 1-2
foot overhead which will last through next Saturday. More
overhead southerly swell planned the following week.

Caribbean - The Caribbean side will be very flat. If you
surf, you must get on a bus, taxi, car, and drive to the
Pacific. Or go scuba diving or skurfing if you enjoy that
more and don't have a ride.
