Rican chapter of the Surfrider Foundation - Protecting the
World's Oceans, Waves, and Beaches. Next meeting in
Dominical - October 8th, 7p.m., at the panaderia!

TIDES *for Friday - add 50 min. each day after

Low Tide - .44 ft. at 8:57 AM
High Tide - 9.53 ft. at 3:13 PM

NATIONAL FORECAST

Pacific - Toes on the Nose finals should have plenty of
surf in the head high range, with bigger sets rollin in...
The SSW swell pumps 1 to 3 foot overhead surf in on Sunday
at the beachbreaks, cleanest at dawn patrol. Same
unfiltered swell keeps the masses happy with well overhead
surf until next Thursday, when some spots drop down to head
high. The trend will continue the following weekend, but
the next swell will not last as long nor have the same
strength.

Caribbean - The right coast is wrong. Go to the Pacific or
sit in knee to waist shorebreak while it's going off just 4
hours away. No swell expected all week and next weekend.

QUEPOS & MANUEL ANTONIO

** From David at Escuela D'Amore in Manuel Antonio -
